Yesterday I was looking at some of my painted rocks, and I realized that they would make a pretty cool inlay in a backsplash or tiled wall.
Now I know I always warn that painted rocks, even when properly sealed, should not be placed in wet areas. But...If this application was a place where it was mostly dry, it could work!
