Yesterday's review of Captures (ought to be called Pirates) had me on my high horse for a while. I sent an e-mail to the customer service people at Engineseeker to let them know I had, as a satisfied customer,mentioned them on my blog, and perhaps they'd like to know what was said. I received the nicest e-mail back from one of their guys. He nwas delighted that I'm pleased with their service. And sorry that I had a bad experience with Captures. No their fault...only mine for listening, buying, contracting, etc. with them before doing my homework. So I'm just following up about Engineseeker.com. Once again, they've impressed me.
