Today I went on a trip to the Cleveland R & R Hall Of Fame, along with the Cleveland Science Museum, and lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. It was an awesome day. Our middle school chorus and orchestra performed at the RRHOF and it was really nice. I haven't been to Cleveland in over a decade. The city is very beautiful with lots of exciting architecture. The waterfront is developed and thriving and fresh...very different than Buffalo. I was especially impressed with the Hard Rock Cafe, and their fun, friendly, and efficient way of serving our 110 hungry people in an hour! They made it look easy.
   I left Cleveland with a feeling that I can't wait to go back with my family and have a leisurely look around some weekend. I want to really take my time at the R&RHOF, since we had less than 2 hours...it's almost like a holy place to me, and the collections are exquisite. It's a very emotional place.  It has lots of cool displays, like Madonna's stage...um...costumes? You get the idea.
   With all the cool stuff to see and do there, it sure seems like a great alternative to Canada for a short trip. No exchange rate to worry about, no customs, and the dollars are spent in the USA. If you're thinking about a visit to Cleveland, I recommend you go! They know how to treat their visitors and you get a lot of value for your trip dollars at their attractions. It's a pleasant 3 hour drive from Buffalo NY. I'd go again tomorrow if I could.  Lin    http://www.lanrocks.biz
